If you need childcare this half-term how about trying out JC Academy’s Halloween Activity Camp happening from 27th Oct- 31st Oct. The kids will have great fun as they take part in various activities including ‘Tombstone Tuesday’ and ‘Witchcraft Wednesday’.

This ever popular Haunting Halloween event is taking place on Friday 31st October at the Erasmus Darwin Museum Why not take the family to join in the ghost trails and stories? Tuck into the finger (hotdog) buns and brain burgers. Entrance is just £2.

During half-term you can follow the Halloween Puzzle Trail around Beacon Park, available from the Ranger Station. For only £1, families can follow the colourful trail around the historic park to solve clues and claim a small prize. 

Once again Chasewater Steam Railway will be hosting their very own Halloween feast on 31st October. Check out their web site for updated information.

For those of you who like something a little more, scarier how about Screamfest 2014? You will need to book tickets to this event taking place between 17th October-1st November but you won’t regret it.

Children 12 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult. 

They will have four terrifying scare attractions and new for this year Zombie Paintball Smash!

You can always try a Gruesome and Ghostly Tour of Lichfield taking place on various dates in October and November.

Whatever you are up to this Halloween you will need a great costume. They have plenty to choose from at Lichfield Costume Hire including wigs, make-up and even brooms!
