Spring Fair

Hand-made Crafts and Gifts at Erasmus Darwin House - Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May.

Come along to the Spring Fair at Erasmus Darwin House; the whole house will be full of stalls with everything from hand crafted cards to home-made cakes. With stalls selling herbs, books, knitwear, jewellery and much more there is something for everyone.

Alison Wallis, Manager of Erasmus Darwin House said “the museum is a wonderful venue to hold an event like this. We really enjoy seeing the House buzzing with activity!”

If you need refreshments then call into the museums Georgian Tearoom for a selection of drinks and cakes. And whilst at the house why not take a look at the museum exhibits and learn all about the Amazing Dr. Darwin, scientist, poet and inventor. Darwin’s herb garden is located behind the museum and has a great range of herbs and flowers to explore as part of your visit.

The house will be open from 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday and is free to enter both days.

For more information on the Spring Fair please telephone the House on 01543 306260.
