From Friday 8th July – Sunday 10th July, Lichfield Arts brings the Fuse Festival - a weekend full of music, arts and workshops hosted, as always, in the gorgeous surroundings of Beacon Park.

A really exciting creative programme for 2016 awaits, with a varied music programme running across 2 marquees and a dedicated workshop timetable for young people this year's event is not to be missed.

In the newly named Imaginarium workshop marquee, you can let your kids experience a jam session with Lichfield Arts' very own home grown talent Blast Off Community Jazz band, and rhythm and sound with the Sonia Sabri company, bringing their Birmingham-based South Asian flavour to the festival.

Woodland Beasties will be introducing the joy of sounds in nature, and all the way from London The Junk Orchastra showing how to create amazing instruments from junk.

New additions to the festival are the big top circus skills company Panic Circus. Resident artist for Lichfield Cathedral, Peter Walker, showcases an incredible community focused digital art installation and a Junk Orchestra sound garden set up to be played with all weekend!
