Dickensian London comes to Lichfield Guidhall
27th November 2012
... Comments

A first for Lichfield Arts, author of ‘Dickens & The Workhouse: Oliver Twist & The London Poor’ Dr Richardson is an entertaining, experienced speaker who will talk about the real London of Dickens’ day and the grim facts of poverty in the city at that time.

In view of the nature of some of the content, the talk is not recommended for children.

Do not miss out on this departure from the usual musical offerings by Lichfield Arts; it is sure to be an entertaining and informative evening of a different kind.

Tickets are priced at £6/£5. Tickets for this event and other Lichfield Arts events can be purchased directly from Lichfield Arts Box Office at Donegal House, Bore Street, Lichfield, (tel: 01543 262223) or online at www.lichfieldarts.org.uk.

Date: Sunday 2nd December 2012
