A double header this weekend at the Guildhall

Chloe and the Tomcats have created music which is a mix of beautiful, melodic songs which take you on a journey through the range of human emotions.

With deep, soulful jazzy vocals and insightful, acoustic arrangements inspired by an eclectic taste in music from the band, Chloe and the Tomcats is a rising group of musicians which you should keep your eyes and ears on!

The recording musicians on the band’s first EP comprise of Chloe Smith (Vocals), Tom Wigley (Bass/Guitar), Dave Sellar (Guitar), Matty Sellar (Drums) and Alan Baker (Keyboard).

The EP was recorded with fantastic producer George Shilling at his studio Bank Cottage. All original songs were co-written by Chloe Smith and Martin Smith. BBC Introducing West Midlands recently picked up on one of the songs from the EP, “Make No Mistake”, which was played on a live broadcast, prompting great feedback from the presenters and listeners.

Stray Dog

Since forming as a trio two years ago Stray dog have been treating local audiences to their own interpretations of Rock and Blues classics. Their unique sound has made them a firm favorite whilst gigging throughout the Midlands. High energy and sharp edged sounds are their hallmark. Don’t miss out on this Rocking treat and get their early to see Stray Dog.
