This year's Lichfield Proms will take place on Saturday 7th September and promises to be hotter than July!
With musical treats such as 65-piece orchestra - The British Police Symphony Orchestra - tenor Mitesh Khatri and Lichfield proms newcomer - the soprano Sarah Ryan, the concert offers traditional and classical favourites that have played at the proms for the last 15 years.
Pre-concert activities will start at 5:30pm in Beacons Park with activities for children including small fairground rides and inflatable's. The City of Lichfield Concert Band will then warm up the crowd from 6pm. The main concert will commence at 7:30pm finishing with fireworks and a patriotic sing song at 9:45pm.
