Wonderful evening at the Summer Proms, outstanding value for money, sadly the weather is out of everyone's control. First class entertainment at a wonderful friendly, and well run venue

Absolutely fantastic place to visit for a day trip. Admission is free, which you can't complain about (they do ask for donations and some add ons charge, i.e. golf buggy tours). The site is enormous and I was really shocked and mesmerised walking through it. There are plenty of benches to sit at whilst walking through, the cafe had a nice selection of cakes and food, and you can go at your own pace. It's a fab place to enjoy a bit of the outdoors whilst also learning vital history lessons.

A very well organised tribute to the fallen of the Allied Forces. Assorted regimental, Corps and memorials to other units. The Wall itself is very moving especially if you recognise the names from your own service. Always feel awed to visit this place.

This place is just out of this world! It has been well thought about as there are lots of things to see, cater for children really well with the different play areas and was impressed with the sensory play area. Lots of memorials to see and each one has a fascinating story behind it. Would recommend a trip on the land train as there is lots to see but are given information about memorials & gardens whilst slowing down or stopping via land train. All staff at this venue are so helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The customer service at this venue is absolutely excellent! Cannot fault anything at all.

It's a beautiful place which I am yet to explore fully but as well as being very meaningful it is also just a nice play to go for a walk, have food and relax. They have a cafe with with various options throughout the day. They offer sandwiches, breakfast baps, cakes, soups, full meals, selection of drinks including tea and coffee. I would recommend trying their soups, normally they are delicious.

They hold quite a few events during the year, some for NHS, police, remembrance amongst others.

There is also a train with a guide that seems to be going around the grounds a few times a day.

This is somewhere that I feel everyone should visit. I went with other family members and it was an emotional day. It’s a sham we did not visit before. Because we will be visiting again

It is a very impressive place. You can enjoy a walk or take one of the organised tours, perhaps even just take a while to sit and contemplate. Be prepared to go back time and time again.

A very wet a d dreary day but the arboretum was well worth the visit. Free entry but worth noting it is £6 to park your car although with no time limit this is good value.
I recommend the land train which is £7.50 per person but quick orientated you and provides information about the various monuments.
A good day and supports a good cause.

We recently visited the National Memorial Arboretum and had a lovely day! If you take your time and have a good look round you could easily spend a full day there. It's free to enter but donations are appreciated and there is a parking charge, £6 on the day or £4 if you book in advance. Its a very large site so be prepared to get your steps in, we thought we wouldn't need our pushchairs but ended up going back for them half way through. You can book on a land train tour or a buggy ride around the site as well. There's something for the whole family including a Stick Man trail and small playground for little ones. There's even a little children's library in the cafe which is a really nice touch. The whole site is extremely well kept and is very thought provoking. It's a must see! Overall, a great day and we're already planning to return.

Fabulous visit to a truly beautiful Memorial to the countless service organisations represented in this incredibly well managed and presented facility.
The staff, many appear to be volunteers, can't do enough for you.
The attention and effort to accommodate less able visitors is exemplary. We found the Land Train was a great way to see everything we wanted to.
Well worth a visit.

This is absolutely superb and a must-visit. I went with my elderly mum and it can be a lot of walking so we also did a buggy tour (small fee per person) which I highly recommend. My grandfather fought in the Polish Carpathian Brigade and the Polish memorial is very impressive.
