the site is huge so allow time to wander through the many memorials. There is a land train you can take if you want to see the site in a shorter time. the main memorial is breathtaking and so so poignant with the names of those lost in service since 1945.
there's a shop and cafe's onsite too but plenty of benches dotted around if you take your own food.

Beautiful place, you can't do it all in one day, memorials are kept very clean and shiny. Very emotional day out. Been here a few times and each time it brings tears to my eyes. RIP to all those who sacrificed their lives so we might live

A wonderful memorial place to the fallen. There are about three hundred and eighty memorials to see. The memorials cover a large area, so there is a lot of walking involved. However, for visitors unable to walk around, there is a train that takes people around the site. The talk given by a staff member, at the Shot at Dawn memorial was interesting. In fact, staff around the site are happy to talk, and provide information about the memorials. The grounds are lovely. Dogs are allowed. There is a restaurant and coffee shop. There is also a shop selling goods which was somewhat overpriced. Entry is free but donations are welcome. Definitely worth a visit.

Really out this world, we were lucky with weather after a iffy start. I advise the road train to get a feel for the site. As a ex serviceman, I appreciate the sacrifice my fellows made. The whole site is well looked after, and all the staff couldn't be more helpful. Good food area and shop. I cannot understand the comments of an earlier reviewer about it been a theme park I don't they can have served, and maybe because of earlier sacrifices they are alive today

Finally found the time to visit and will be going back again soon. The site is so well organised and laid out. I recommend taking the land train in the first instance because there is so much to take in.
I found it all to be very moving, especially the 'Shot at Dawn' area.
I would highly recommend a visit 'Lest we forget'

Fantastic place to visit. Lots of grounds to walk around, with lots of paths for wheelchairs and prams. Lots of different memorials to see, some of which are so poignant! I could have easily spent longer here as there was so much that we didn't have time to see.

Such beautiful scenery and kept so neat and tidy - extremely well looked after.

Restaurant prices weren't bad either and food was nice!

Car park fee of £3 but no entrance fee and definitely well worth a visit. Will definitely be going back regularly for visits. Love the place!

Great day out. Very interesting. Really good café and plenty to see. I recommend going when the weather is fine as there is a lot of walking. For a reasonable price there is a train, with disabled access, which takes you round they main exhibits. Journeys lasts about 1 hour. You can easily spend all day there and the café is excellent for shacks and lunches. Very highly recommend.

We visited the National Memorial Arboretum and were very impressed. It is a place everyone could visit including families. It is not in the least bit stuffy, it is truely a people's place to remember not just those in the military who have given their lives but anyone. We visited the SANDS memorial garden which was beautiful and very moving.

This was our second time joining the ride to the wall,
Amazing the event was so well organised the ride from Cherwell valley services was brilliant emotional at times,
Arriving at the arboretum was very emotional riding through and seeing the memorials was very touching,
Some of the memorials where just astounding, beautiful place just didn’t get to see all of it so
Will be returning g with our children to walk around and have a proper look.
I love this place and believe that all the memorials are very fitting to remember our hero’s.
They will never be forgotten thanks
To places like these.
