This was my first visit, it is a beautiful, peaceful place. Did not see it all, but I shall be back next year. Thank you for all the hard work put into having somewhere to remember everyone who fought and died to make out world a better place to live. God Bless

This beautiful place of memorial is spread over a huge site; we were glad there was a land train to get a good overview of the main memorials. The trees are becoming more mature now and seem a fitting way to reflect & remember. We only looked at a small fraction of the fine memorials & we want to visit again to look at other specific ones. The site seems to be lovingly cared for by volunteers & really you could visit many times, on different days & in different seasons and enjoy new views of the trees and sculptures. The cafe was great; good coffee & gluten & dairy-free cake to be had. The gift shop has very good quality items for sale, many with poppy motifs, whichwas very fitting. I found a pretty poppy item as a small gift to give to recently bereaved neighbour, just so she knows we care & we remember.

Beautiful, peaceful place offered chance for two brothers in their 80s to share their memories of National Service and their Sargent Major father in the Royal Artillery.

A lovely place to visit, so pieceful and calm, a place to sit and contemplate and to pay your respects to the heroes who have fallen. This is my second visit to the arboretum and I will visit again sometime.

Being ex military I enjoyed seeing round this place, the guides are super and have a broad wealth of knowledge, plan to be there all day and even then you won't see it all, there is a nice cafe with a comprehensive menu and a nice gift / souvenir shop.

I had a meeting at the National Memorial Arboretum and later decided to look around to view areas and places I had not been before during my previous visits.

The first place I went to was a small but well stocked souvenir shop, to the left outside the main centre. It has quite a range of interesting items.

My second visit was the Landscapes of Life Exhibition which was a very educational experience. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter captured with stories and pictures from a wide range of people of different backgrounds, reflecting a good cross section the community. There is a seated cinematic room with a rolling screen showing a wide variety of people and places. The Landscape of Life Exhibition also contains many, many stories of lives of individuals. I highly recommend a visit to this room, and it is FREE entrance.

I would also highly recommend visiting the many monuments and memorials, over 380, scattered around the grounds. Parking is £3 for the day and you can hire a scooter or be driven around as a part of a guided tour (guided tour is advisable as you will definitely learn more). Don’t forget to take your camera and give yourself the whole day to spend at this wonderful place.

Amazing place for families to visit who have lost loved ones. Very sad to see how many names are on the wall.

Can be a quite emotional place, the monuments to different Regiments are outstanding as are the civilian monuments a full day is needed and maybe more if you want to walk around the place

1st visit today and I can't get over just what a fantastic place this is. The setting is wonderful-very peaceful and easy to find a quiet spot on your own. There is such a sense of tranquillity there is does your soul good. Above all the staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. I went today as part of a corporate volunteer group and we were all made so welcome and that the small amount of work we did was truly appreciated-we felt very proud to have served in a small way. The time taken by Tom helping me find my great uncle was really special and I will definitely return with the rest of my family.
There is a big car park-plenty of toilets and a lovely café .
