Love this place, second visit this year the staff are really helpful and always see something I’ve not seen before. It’s a small amount to park and everything else is free although it is important to donate what you can to help maintain and keep this place going, you certainly need a full day to get around, the small cafes are very good value for money. We will be back soon.

Candlelight Carol Event. I love the Memorial Arboretum to visit anyway at any time of the year. The Carol service is great fun and very atmospheric - a great warm up for the big day!

Incredible place. A real must visit. There is plenty of parking and there was good direction from stewards when we arrived. This was despite the light show being closed due to the weather which is totally beyond their control. The reception is modern light and airy. The exhibition's are well presented and thought provoking. A spacious and very well presented eating area. Going outside is beautiful. The lay out it is incredible, being stunning, inspiring and at the same time peaceful and reflective. The whole area is a credit to all those who prepared, administer and maintain it. A truly inspirational place for reflection, commemoration, celebration and thanks. The memorials are incredibly diverse and thought provoking. The armed forces memorial is beyond impressive. It is so humbling, we were fortunate to visit at a very quite time and wandered the entire space on our own. There isn't enough time on one visit to take it all in.

A truly humbling experience, so many memorials, so many names of those who gave their lives. Sadly, l could only pay a short visit and with so much to see l need to return, and I surely will. The visitors centre is a very modern building with staff on duty to help, guide and inform. The visitors centre also houses a decent cafeteria serving hot and cold food and drinks quite inexpensively. There is a very large car park a short distance from the main entrance and costs £3.oo for all day. There is also a land train taking visitors round the grounds, I'm not sure if there is a charge for this. As I remarked earlier, to be able to see everything
