Simply put : Tom does what he says he will do. He arrives on time for appointments, paperwork is clear and arrives quickly. We were very pleased with the work Tom did to our property in Lichfield in January 2022. This was replacing all guttering and roof repairs to house and garage and some painting of wooden fascia. The work was carried out to a high standard and within agreed timescales for a fair price. Tom's customer care was impressive throughout with time taken to explain solutions and listen to our requests and always being polite, friendly and professional. We definitely recommend this Company.

Had roof tiles and felt completely replaced last year by Tom and his team. Not a small job. He always kept us up-to-date with what was going on and his team were very friendly and worked so hard in all weathers. They always cleaned up too at the end of each day. And there were no "hidden" extra's. The price charged was the price on the estimate. Would recommend to anyone.

This was the 2nd time using Tom and his team, this time to repair some wear and tear on our gable end. Required scaffolding and some investigative work. Problem identified, communication throughout was fantastic, issue sorted and area cleaned up. Tom and his team are great at customer sevice, reliable, friendly and hard working. Top class, would highly recommend.

This roofer completely misdiagnosed the problem with our roof. He didn't lift a tile or go into the roofspace.
He charged us a fortune and failed to fix the leak. He then wanted a load more money to fix it. Which we didn't have.
He left us broke with a leak in our roof.

Tom and his team did a great job re flashing around my carport roof , he and the team are very polite and clear in the work they were doing , they even took pictures and Tom WhatsApp them to me so I could see all the work they had done, which was great.
