This is the 2nd year we have been to this theatre after many years going over to Coventry and Nottingham. In our opinion we have enjoyed ourselves much more at this one. The atmosphere is better and it’s much less crowded as it is smaller but the show is just as good if not better! All the cast were superb and we all loved it - we had nine in our group grandparents, myself, my husband and our 5 children aged 19, 15, 12, 7 and 3 - showing it appealed to all ages!! We enjoyed it so much we have already booked to see Peter Pan in November 😊

Brilliantly accessible and always a pleasure to come and watch a show here. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed and I’ve been visiting for over 10 years

We went to see this ‘Mystery Who Done it?’ the Saturday before Christmas . What a brilliant start to the festivities. There were four actors who played all of the roles. They were absolutely brilliant. They produced pun after pun. The script kept us both captivated and in stitches at the great humour delivered. We will definitely look out for something similar next year. A nice change to a pantomime, or both if u fancy, as the pantomimes are always very good too .

9 family members enjoyed a wonderful panto last night . We have booked for Peter Pan already . The cast were outstanding ..it was a brilliant production and rounded off our Christmas festivity’s perfectly . This was not our first venture into panto land at the Garrick ...we knew we would enjoy a great evening . Big thank you to everyone who made this possible .

The pantomime was excellent, a really good show.
However, seating arrangements are not ideal, it needs access down the centre, the toilets are inadequate during the intermission, and lack of staff on the bar / snack area led to us giving up, as they were so slow serving.
Also, the imitation fog affected my throat during the performance, it should be contained to the stage area.

Came for a Christmas show - Charlie and the Christmas cat. While the venue had run out of seat boosters for my little two, the seats inside the smaller theatre were alright for a 2 yr old to see from. The show was great too, the actors were able to make use of the audience space given it was a small room so was quite emersive which the family enjoyed.

Excellent. Three generations and we all loved it. We went to see Dick Whittington last year and have booked for next year for Peter Pan. A medium sized theatre that is not overwhelming for small children. Friendly and helpful staff.
