First of all, our sellers had not yet vacated the property. So the guys had to work with limited space along with being given several alternative instructions. However, Simon and Michael rose above the challenge and worked with the utmost patience, and professionalism.
We would also like to include a brief review from our French counterparts. They were thoroughly impressed with Simon and Michael. The lady owner said that they worked really quickly and quietly. Also, that they were friendly and nice.
So we would definitely recommend Franklin's for the service.

Just wanted to tell you what a great job your Peter and Michael did when moving my dad from Branston to Stretton on 8 February. They were polite and friendly with a good sense of humour, remaining professional throughout. Thanks again for your hard work guys and not a thing was broken!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the office staff to the delivery drivers they have a professional but friendly and polite attitude. There are extremely efficient and organised and nothing is too much trouble for them. They were particularly patient and kind when dealing with my 91 year old father-in-law’s move. They keep you constantly up to date with progress or holdups. I have already used them twice and would not hesitate in using them again.

We can't thank them enough, they delivered as promised! We moved from storgage unit in Staffordshire to France, everything was collected and delivered on time. They made everything so easy and nothing was too much trouble for the guys that unloaded for us in France. We would highly recommend.

Franklins packed and moved us out, stored our belongings for five months and moved us back into our property.
Their service, their expertise and care taken was of the highest standard. They put themselves out to help us with a particular item as well as disassembled some furniture items.
We had used them previously to empty a house and store goods and the service was also top quality. So this is a consistent standard.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We can quite honestly say that the whole experience from the initial enquiry to the delivery of our belongings was absolutely and totally faultless.
Simon and Michael are exceptional. They work perfectly together as a team. They are calm, dedicated professionals, well mannered, kind, gentle and incredibly efficient. The speed at which they work is very impressive but at no stage did we feel rushed or stressed by their manner. They are clearly very well trained and experts in their field which allowed us to feel totally relaxed throughout the loading and unloading process. They both speak highly of their employers and are very passionate about being part of the Franklins team. They shared great pride in having followed their father into working for Franklins.
Moving for anyone is difficult. Probably even more worrying when moving country; being forced to put your trust in strangers taking everything you treasure and own across different country's. Franklins exceeded all expectations in every way, shape and form. We cannot recommended them highly enough. A family business extremely well managed and led by passionate people!

This -from France to Scotland- was our 10th (!)international move. We have been lucky -most of our other moves were good, but this one was up there with the very best. The crew were friendly, efficient, and extremely hard working, and the Management back-up was superb. We would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Franklins Removals.

Franklins moved all of our furniture from our house in Chelmsford to our new home in France on 2 of the hottest days this year. Returning to the UK after 12 years in France was never going to be simple. Thankfully we had the help of Franklins Removals, whose friendly and efficient team turned a day I was dreading into one of the easiest in our return. We moved to Adriers in March of this year. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful lads who removed and then delivered our belongings to France. Not only were they totally professional, cheerful and helpful, they also provided great support when I threw a minor wobbly having seen the state the place we were moving into had been left in. I could go on and on, but in the words of the great Tina Turner they are Simply The Best.

Fantastic service both packing and removals. Due to complications with our chain we exchanged contracts just two days prior to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for Franklin’s. Contacted Franklins for a quote, which they provided very promptly and were very competitive in comparison to others. The removal date and times were also tight, but they were able to facilitate this with ease, including assistance with packing. The guys that packed on the day were fantastic.
Arrived in France and now we have unpacked I can confirm that there was not one breakage, the packing was carried out professionally, and carefully.
The vehicle they used for the removal was perfect for our location, as they were able to run a ramp from the vehicle directly into the hallway of the property which meant our furniture etc came straight into the house. The guys unloading did a fab job, placing all boxes where required.
Would strongly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely contact them again (not that I'm planning on moving any time soon!)

We spoke to Franklins about moving us out of our house and putting our life into storage for a couple of months until our new house was ready. The build up to us moving out was very stress free with them. They were very prompt at answering any questions I had and made sure that they did everything they could to help us. On the day of the move, we had Darren and Lewis move us out. They were extremely friendly and positive throughout the whole experience as they know it is such a stressful time. They were very appreciative for any help we could give and nothing we did was a bother to them at all. Franklins are an excellent family business and would recommend them to anyone looking to move house.

We Have uses Franklins removals on several occasions to move house in England and France, and also for transportation of smaller objects.
