Can not rate Franklin Removals enough - not the cheapest - from Ben's initial visit to the 2 removals we needed in only 4 months they were a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, the lads on the day were super friendly & totally professional.

Contacted Franklins for a quote, which they provided very promptly and were very competitive in comparison to others. The removal date and times were also tight, but they were able to facilitate this with ease, including assistance with packing. The guys that packed on the day were fantastic.
Arrived in France and now we have unpacked I can confirm that there was not one breakage, the packing was carried out professionally, and carefully.
The vehicle they used for the removal was perfect for our location, as they were able to run a ramp from the vehicle directly into the hallway of the property which meant our furniture etc came straight into the house. The guys unloading did a fab job, placing all boxes where required.
Would strongly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely contact them again (not that I'm planning on moving any time soon!)

The move process was very easy and very simple. The build up was hassle free and they were very prompt with supporting me or answering any questions I had about the move. On the day, Darren and Lewis moved us out and they were extremely helpful, very friendly and couldn't have done anymore for us. We spoke to Franklins about moving us out of our house and putting our life into storage for a couple of months until our new house was ready. The build up to us moving out was very stress free with them. They were very prompt at answering any questions I had and made sure that they did everything they could to help us. On the day of the move, we had Darren and Lewis move us out. They were extremely friendly and positive throughout the whole experience as they know it is such a stressful time. They were very appreciative for any help we could give and nothing we did was a bother to them at all. Franklins are an excellent family business and would recommend them to anyone looking to move house.

My decision to hire a removals firm was pretty last minute, however, Franklin's were able to accommodate my needs both with the removal aspect, and with storing furniture and valuables. The fellas on the day were fantastic; jovial and experienced - all you need do is keep them topped up with coffee! In addition, a water pipe burst in the house we moved in to. One of the removal men had had experience in plumbing and helped us stop the leak... a bonus service!
