Excellent opticians, super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. After using many other opticians over the years where you regularly don't see the same optician twice it's great to find an opticians where you can see the same person every time who knows your history and requirements, a huge difference from the high street brands. Personal service every time makes such a big difference.

This was my first visit to David Arthur and I was very impressed with the professionalism combined with personal touch. I was concerned about my sight as I havn’t previously needed glasses but have started to notice my vision was becoming blurred, it was, apparently nothing major and I just need glasses for close work. After my consultation I was left to look around the shop at my leisure, try on as many styles as I wanted, and the team were happy to offer advice when asked. I’ll be back for my 2 year check up, and will recommend David Aruther Opticians to anyone who ask where my rather stylish specs have come from!

I broke my glasses in a sports accident and they were very helpful in getting me some new glasses. They also set up a contact lens trial for me as an option for during sport and again gave great advice

Just been for my check up - 2 years has flown by since my initial one! Can't recommend them highly enough. Very welcoming, friendly, state of the art equipment, modern environment and keen to answer all queries and concerns. Much better than going to one of the big, faceless chains.

Had my eyetest done and this was followed up promptly with a session about using contact lenses. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable and put me at my ease, being a first time user of contact lenses. Would definitely recommend this independent opticians over the more obvious chains.

Prior to going to David Arthur I had used other larger brands of opticians in Lichfield, but since using David Arthur I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else for my eye tests or glasses! My eye test was simple, hassle free and selecting my glasses was made really easy with the help of the in-store staff. A massive thanks to all at David Arthur for making the experience a pleasure and not a chore.
