First visit to Cathedral hearing for micro suction on a pair of extremely blocked ears. Laura , the proprietor immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and professional and extremely likeable. She was very thorough and at no time hurried. My one ear was totally blocked but she left both my ears clear and behold I could hear in stereo once more. I definitely will be returning when I require treatment.Very comfortable environment and a lovely cup of tea to boot.Also competitively priced, what's not to like.! Superb!

Got recommended by my friend. Was experiencing ear wax and extra tinnitus noise in right ear. Got cancellation today and Laura was wonderful and explained everything. Had this procedure done before and knew what to expect. Left feeling so much better and she gave good follow up advice. Thank you.

After seeing the advertisement in the Lichfield magazine I arranged to have my hearing checked and discuss hearing aids, I was very impressed with the service. Excellent care provided and very relaxing. Laura understood what I needed. With Laura"s help and support I am now feeling the benefit of my aids.

I was so glad I chose cathedral hearing as there are many to choose from in the area. The clinic was very clean and modern situated within a very historical building. Laura was very nice to talk to and made me feel relaxed and explained the whole procedure and costs. I thought I needed my ears syringing but after a full examination it turned out that I didn't need them done , she advised me to see the doctor and having done so he has prescribed me with medication to address my balance. I would one hundred percent recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a top class service at a very competitive price many thanks for your help in getting me on the road to recovery.

I had an excellent experience visiting Laura today. I booked in for ear wax removal as I had been suffering hearing loss. Laura spent time to understand my condition and concluded that I needed a hearing test instead. She conducted a thorough hearing test and provided a referral letter for my GP. Fully recommended.

My Grandad visited Cathedral Hearing for an initial appointment to check his hearing and discuss the possibility of needed hearing aids. Following this appointment, he was quickly booked in for his new hearing aids to be fitted. He is over the moon with his new hearing aids and how supportive and helpful members of staff were in discussing his needs. Thank you all for your hard work, and we highly recommend their services.
