Laura at Cathedral Hearing did an excellent job with my husband’s ear wax removal. Laura was positive, very warm and friendly, but thoroughly professional throughout. She examined both ears and explained why she had chosen the particular procedure to remove my ear wax. It was quick and totally pain free and a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her to anyone with a hearing problem to contact her.

I saw Laura after experiencing unpleasant inner ear symptoms for around two weeks. Although not an ear wax blockage, Laura took time to listen to my symptoms and test my hearing in such a professional manner. She provided me with a GP onward referral letter and advised me to get back in touch should I have any further issues. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone.

Both my wife and myself came to see Laura. My wife initially came to have wax clearance but Laura also carried out a hearing test. I myself came in for a hearing test as having worked in industry and construction all my life I wanted to check my hearing was still okay.
Laura is very professional but welcoming. She explained everything that was happening to both my wife with the ear wax removal and also to my wife and myself with the hearing tests.
