I recently had a hearing check with Laura. It was something I had been meaning to do for ages but never had before. Laura was very professional and thorough, she explained the entire process and the results to me and is very kind and thoughtful! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I booked an appointment at Cathedral Hearing for ear wax removal on the basis of the 5-star reviews and excellent comments from previous customers and was so glad that I chose this practice. Laura was meticulous in clearing the wax over two sessions and took great care to make sure that the job was completed fully. Laura allows 1 hour for each appointment which meant there was time to talk about any issues I had been having with my ears, any medical conditions which she might need to consider, and to reassure me about the process itself.
At the end of the second appointment Laura also included an audiology test which proved helpful in identifying possible loss of hearing.
Laura is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explains everything very clearly. She is also a good listener and easy to get along with and I would have no hesitation in recommending her practice.
