I was aware for quite some time that my hearing had deteriorated, I’d visited other clinics but felt very uneasy with the whole experience. I then found Laura at Cathedral Hearing and the experience was exactly what I expected and wanted.
No hard sell, no long winded explanation full of jargon I didn’t understand, just a caring professional who had my well being at the forefront of my consultation.
Laura made me feel comfortable about what was going on throughout the consultation she explained in great detail how my hearing had been affected and what was needed to correct it.
When the day arrived for my hearing aids to be fitted I was still a little sceptical but I needn’t have been. Laura when through the whole process slowly and calmly making sure I understood everything.
My reason forgetting my hearing sorted out was because I missed the sound of birdsong, now my world is once again filled with the glorious sounds of nature. Thanks Laura it really is amazing

I visited Laura today, as someone who required an urgent appointment, even though she was fully booked Laura kindly gave up her lunch break to fit me in. She went through everything one step at a time and explained it all as we went along and then again to summarise at the end. Laura is a kind, patient and caring person and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

I was very happy with the service that Laura provided. She took time to assess my needs and explained things thoroughly as we proceeded with my assessment. First time ever I had difficulties with hearing. I contacted Cathedral Hearing and today went to have wax removal. Slight complication but Laura was excellent! Explained in detail the situation and procedure was successful. I was very happy with the excellent care, attention, knowledge and service I received. Top notch clinic for ears! Will be definitely recommending Laura and Cathedral Hearing. Thank you! So lovely to feel normal again.

I went for my ears syringed but Laura felt that there wasn't a lot of wax so I had a hearing test instead. Everything was carried out professionally. It was very clean and Laura explained things very well.
