I struggled for 12 months trying to wear NHS hearing aids due to my particularly narrow ear canals plus a kink in one of the canals which was making the left aid particularly uncomfortable to wear. A friend then recommended Laura and I haven't looked back since. As an independent fully qualified audiologist, she could immediately see what the problem was and recommended one particular make of private hearing aid that suits my specific comfort issues. I also had reservations with the NHS aids that they were actually helping my clarity of hearing so initially I was reluctant to commit to the cost of private aids in case they didn't help much either. Laura, however, offers a trial period, so I have been able to test out her recommendations (have tried out two different levels of aids) which has given me the confidence to know that these definitely do make a significant difference. The comfort of these particular aids is, for me, far superior to the fit of the NHS ones (I forget I have got these in) and the clarity of speech that I had previously still been struggling with is also now greatly improved. After the trial period it was a no brainer to go ahead. Laura is delightful, extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and not in the slightest bit pushy (she didn't want me to go ahead until I was absolutely certain - which, after a subsequent further tweak to the settings, I was). I can thoroughly recommend Laura for her excellent service and knowledge.

Excellent service ears back to normal and clean as a whistle. After not getting them cleaned for years after 1 visit ears 👂 are now as good as new 👍

Laura is clearly very knowledgeable and professional. She performed microsuction which was a painless and quick procedure. I highly recommend to anyone needing this treatment.

Had an ear infection in my right ear for several weeks. Surgery had prescribed for it and then said it had cleared up. Saw Laura who examined me and she saw it was still infected. She emailed the surgery suggesting that I should see a GP and included pictures of the inside my ears. Returned after outer infection finally cleared and she then cleaned my other ear and confirmed the infection had gone. The wax in my left ear was particularly stubborn, but Laura showed great patience and care to remove it. I would happily recommend Laura to anyone wanting treatment for their ears.
