Loved this place ! £6.99 each great price for what you get. A bit problematic in places for wheelchairs but still accessible. Play areas for kids, picnic areas and a good range of animals to see. Well worth the price, we'll worth a visit ! 👍

Really enjoyed our time here, staff Really friendly and knowledgeable. Need more than one serving in the cafe, people complaining about queues, we bought our own food so didnt have any probs.

What an amazing little place!! We visited with family and really loved looking at all the animals. It was good value too, especially with children as there is also a kids play area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful but a big shout out to Holly who happily chatted to us whilst holding an enormous owl on her arm. She is obviously so passionate about animals, it was so lovely to talk to her. This is a great few hours out for all ages. There is a cafe and farmshop just outside with toilets too. Definitely recommended.

We bought our grandson a keeper experience for his birthday. OH wow I can’t speak highly enough of this place. He had a fantastic time, Kathryn the staff member was just brilliant and very knowledgable . Our grandson had the time of his life feeding and caring for animals ( including going in the pen with the meerkats, holding reptiles, grooming the ponies, walking and leading the alpacas and so much more)! . Such a fantastic place can’t recommend it enough 10/10 . Amazing !

Seriously it was fab. Throughly recommend.

Regularly visit with my toddler. The place is clean and has new developments quite regularly. Staff are lovely and friendly and seem to really enjoy sharing their knowledge about the animals in their care.
Included in the price is lots of different animal experiences such as pony grooming, stroking a snake etc, a wonderful play area including a bouncy pillow, tons of sand with diggers etc, as well as traditional climbing frames.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Burntwood Alpaca farm today and it was amazing.
The children got up close encounters with the animals, my daughter particularly enjoyed stroking the alpaca, holding a snake and collecting her very own chicken egg.
The weather was not on our side but that can’t be helped we still had lots of smiles and laughter.
Our party leader was a lovely young lady called Izzy who was very knowledgeable and ensured all the children were given opportunities to partake in all the encounters.
Thank you so much for making her birthday so exciting and memorable

Had a lovely walk across the fields with the alpacas that have such character! Only thing that spoilt it was the piles of rubbish in the farm yard and the field where you are walking. Bits of it had spread across the field and was worried about the animals trying to eat it. Please sort it out as it looks a total eyesore!

This is a really nice farm to go to with a farm shop and food next to it.Then the main entrance were there is the shop with like souvenirs and the you go through were the reptiles are and then there is a door to the farm and there is sheep,a parrot,ferrets,owls,alpacas,goats,emu or ostriches,chickens, turkeys and much more

We had the most amazing meerkat experience for my daughter’s 13th birthday!! Before we went we thought £85 is quite a lot for half an hr but realised it’s upto 4 people plus it includes entry to the farm so technically it costs £21.25 per person really, they brought out this beautiful owl out and got to stroke him and when we finished we we went to reception and realised we missed a snake event and was gutted and the receptionist told one of her staff to bring out a snake for us to hold and it was a beautiful corn snake🐍the staff are absolutely lovely and wouldn’t recommend them enough!! Thank you to all of you for such an amazing day, we’ll certainly come again✨

Booked a birthday party for my daughter. It included 3 hours hire of the party barn and an hour animal experience with 6 animals.
All staff members were really polite and welcoming, the keepers were very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything in an age appropriate way.
All the guests enjoyed the experience and seeing all the other animals on the farm, and the kids all loved the park and bounce pillow.

Lovely little farm with a good variety of animals. Its quite small so more of a morning or afternoon trip but its priced very fairly. Staff are fab with children and take the time to explain lots about the animals. They are knowledgeable and the animals are obviously very well cared for.

We had our son’s 5th birthday party here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day.
The staff were all so lovely, patient and welcoming, and the animal experience was absolutely amazing. The children had the best time meeting and handling the animals, and everything was explained in such a fun and engaging way. Our son especially loved getting to hold the snake and interact with all the different animals.
The party area was great, the day ran smoothly, and nothing felt rushed. The weather stayed lovely and all of the parents commented on how nice the party was and how much their children enjoyed themselves. None of the kids wanted to leave!
You can really tell how much care goes into what you do, and it made our son’s birthday incredibly special and memorable for us all.
