Had my daughters 8th birthday here, first thing to mention are the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful and really made the day relaxed and a great experience you can get up close to most the animals, just the right size for younger children as they can wonder round without getting lost or to far from you. Recommended as a great day out

Great morning at the toddler session. We fed animals and planted a sunflower seed. Lots to see and do. A great play area too.

This is probably the fourth time I've been with my daughter.. since the age of 1 year old now 3 ... She really enjoys it.. especially being able to interact with the animals and feed them .. she thinks they're all so cute and funny.. she loves the park part .. especially the bouncy thing .. I can't get her off .. the new park is great .. seeing and stroking the baby lambs made her day ... She has always been an animal lover since day dot.. and this is a great place to visit.. not too big so don't have loads of waking to do .. and staff are super friendly and welcoming... When she is older I'm definitely going to pay for the farm keeper experience and think she enjoys that. I highly recommend going.

Lovely farm and surprised at how many animals they had there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great itinerary where they offered activities every half hour over Easter i.e. mini beasts, petting new animals (lambs), sitting on a pony etc. The onsite restaurant was good value and the burgers were tasty!

Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful day!

Lovely day out and great experience for the price. I wish they did let you have a bit more time for photos with the Alpacas, when we went it felt a bit rushed, we would have preferred a bit less walking with them and just a bit more time to take some photos. It was still a great experience and we also had a walk around the mini zoo, there were all sorts of animals to admire. Would recommend to go when it's dry and sunny and deffinetly wear wellies or some walking boots for the experience.

We visited today, I’d pre booked the alpaca experience for 5 of us for Mother’s Day. Our guide Jack was very good, even helped a trapped sheep on our walk. We saw him a few times around the farm and he was very pleasant and informative. Works very hard and you can tell he obviously enjoys it and cares very much for the animals.

I really enjoyed our walk, I started of with George and then swapped to Billy as my daughter was struggling a bit with him. My eldest daughter took the Llama who was very elegant and when we walked past the female alpacas they are came over to him 🥰

We used the cafe, had bacon butties and scones which was lovely. We had to wash our hands in there too as we couldn’t see any other washing facilities around the farm, but that wasn’t a problem.

All in all a lovely morning out

Decent enough place, the entry price is about right for what it is.
We visited at about 2pm on a Sunday and got told that it was open until 4pm. It got to about 3.15 and wanted to use the toilet, wash hands and have a drink. The only place to do these things is the cafe which closed at 3pm for some reason.
We basically had to beg to use the facilities and had some funny looks off the cleaner who had just mopped the floor when we walked in with our muddy boots on.

If you close at 3pm, please advertise this, if it's 4pm closing please have your facilities open for people to use!
The only certain thing on a Sunday afternoon is that it is confusing for customers as to whether they'll get to use the loo or not!

We really loved our morning here - a wide variety of animals from monitor lizards to meerkats to marmoset moneys. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share information about the animals in their care. Lots of new little buildings and shelters seem to be popping up and the area was generally tidy and clean, with the animals seeming to be well looked after.

Great little place... I've been there twice now with family. Kids love it and there's some activities for kiddos like bounce thingy etc. You can buy animal food and feed alpacas and sheep. There's some live events like you can hold snake etc. Recommended

My daughter and I did the VIP keeper experience. I didn't know what to expect but it was absolutely amazing. We met and fed so many animals and reptiles and got to go into loads of the enclosures. The keeper was lovely and so patient and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend more.

Brilliant place, animals are well cared for and it's very interactive even without booking the experiences. I went with two 12 year old and they loved it.

Great day out, family friendly and affordable.
A nice experience taking the kids feeding the animals.

The staff were very friendly, the cafe seemed to serve great food although we didn’t eat from the cafe. We chose to grab pastries / sausage rolls from the fam shop - yum!

Being foodies - the highlight for us would be the farm shop, showcasing of local produce and the best of British.
