Excellent service from Ed Stojanovic. Very friendly and took time to explain everything as much as we needed. Set up my and my wife’s wills, LPA and family trust. Very complicated to us it seems but very smoothly handled by Ed and his team at Accord. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to use again.

Jamie was amazing friendly and very professional. Our Will was not straight forward as not married and Partners house, I had invested money into this for renovations. Straight away he told us what we needed and explained the reason why to protect both parties. Thank you, Jamie you are an amazing asset to Accord, I have passed on details to family and friends so they can deal with you direct .

We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol Dooley Estate Planning recently whereby she set up wills for my husband and me. I cannot recommend Carol more, she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating (we had to reschedule a few times). I don't normally recommend people or request details so I may leave reviews but I just had to because not only is having a will in place so important for you and your loved ones, but knowing what you might need specifically for your circumstances and then having the nicest person talk you through it is a real bonus! Thank you Carol!

From the very start when i spoke to riyad islam all the way through the process where my case handler tamara khalili who handled my transaction very efficiently and professionally.
We were being pushed by the other sides solicitors so she really did prioritised my purchase made sure all enquiries were satisfied before exchange of contracts. She kept me informed all the way through the process was really easy to get in touch with for any updates and last week she made sure contracts were exchanged even when she was out the office her colleague eaman took care of the matter. I would really say they were a pleasure to work with as we will be completing tomorrow. Special thanks to tamara and riyad i will definitely be recommending friends and family to Ackroyd legal.

I was recently diagnosed as autistic. The prospect of 'going to law' was flat-out terrifying. But my experience with my solicitor and her colleagues was nothing but positive. Forms were sent to me for signing with sections tagged for my attention. My solicitor spoke to me with warmth and good humour. Accord did not badger me for payments. The focus has been on support.

After a few early hiccups, i found them to be highly efficient and conscientious, Thank you to Sarah in particular for providing a full and comprehensive will writing service, also for sorting issues we had. very good service, would recommend, especially dealing with issues we did have so promptly.

We used this company under the free wills for key workers scheme, but also paid a considerable amount for an extra service. We received our wills after 5 months and many apologies for the inconvenience. The company went on to arrangre us with two lasting power of attorneys as a good will gesture adn the subsequent service was excellent.
