We're bringing the seaside to Kettering this summer with our very own giant pop‑up beach in the Market Place!
Throughout July and August, families can enjoy a fun, free day out as the square is transformed into a traditional British seaside escape - complete with deckchairs, buckets and spades, and a huge sandpit filled with 18 tonnes of sand.
Alongside the beach itself, there's a packed programme of free daily activities to keep children entertained all summer long. Try out your balance and technique in our skateboard skills sessions, enjoy classic Punch and Judy performances, and pick up a few surprises in our magic workshops.
Budding performers can learn circus skills, while creative minds can get stuck into a variety of arts and crafts activities.
Everything is designed to be fun, family‑friendly and completely free - just drop in, play, and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.
