New Summer Menu at The Gurkhas Restaurant.
The new summer menu is now on offer with many new dishes and some old favourites.
I have selected some starters and main courses here as suggestions from the new menu.
Everyone I know who eats here says the same thing - the food is really good! I also think they all like how well they are looked after by Paul.
Starters
Non - Vegetarian Platter
A delicious combination of our very best Tandoori Jhinga, Seekh Kebab, Hara Murgh Tikka
and Noori Malai Tikka.
Tandoori Jhinga
Tiger prawns marinated in grounded to perfection spices and yoghurt cooked in tandoor.
Ghost Ke Tinkey
Brochettes of spiced smoked lamb with chilly masala mash and tomato sauce.
Main Courses
Makhani Chooze
An all time favourite, barbecued spring chicken tikka simmered in a rich tomato buttery
suace flavoured with honey and fenugreek leaves.
Garlic Chilli Chicken Tikka
Tandoori chicken Tikka in a delicious tomato curry with chillies and garlic.
Gosht Mirch Piaz
Boneless pieces of lamb cooked with diced capsicums, onion and tomato.
Karahi Prawn
Prawns tossed with onions, tomatoes, peppers and karahi spices.
