Burgers!
Recently with all the publicity there have been so many people that have stopped buying these frozen burgers and shifted to buying from the local butchers.
I think this is great as I nearly always buy from the butcher and in particular Mark Coales Butchers in Hawthorne Road in Kettering.
He is a great butcher and really friendly plus he knows his stuff about meat.
He sells some great burgers lots of different flavours and ingredients but he is also the right person to talk to when you want to make your own.
Mike at Mogfood has done a recipe this week for burgers.
This with the top quality meat from Mark is a great combination.
