So glad that the pub is open again and that it is now in the expert care of Suzy and team! What a transformation from the previous landlord!! Was great to go for a drink yesterday (opening night) and see the place buzzing. Will be back to sample the menu very soon - can't wait!

My family and myself had a lovely time there.
I had not been there for so many years , well when I left the village.
All I can say that for was grate and they do have more or less evening you might like. Don't take my word for it, just go and try it.

The team couldn’t do enough for us yesterday and right from my original enquiry, they totally over-delivered.
Nothing was too much trouble and we really couldn’t have asked for a better venue, better staff, better food, better atmosphere or better people to share it with.

Lovely looking place inside and out. We had never been there before. The battered fish was very dry and extremely flakey and the chips were soggy and greasy which I just could not eat (the owner/chef who was lovely did apologise and offered to do some more, which I declined). The belly pork though very tasty, looked more like a large pork loin steak. The owner generously offered a free desert due to the awful chips. This was a really lovely cheesecake and quite beautifully presented.

Lovely pub, great food, lovely garden and absolutely amazing staff! Had dinner at the gazebo with the in laws, there was live music outside, the dishes presentation was extraordinary and the quality of the food was top!
Waiters and waitress super attentive, all time with a smile.
There is plenty of parking space too and prices were fair.
