In essence a Brazilian blow dry works by placing pure keratin into your strands. Keratin is the substance that exists naturally in skin, hair and nails and so once in your hair it nurtures and nourishes it. To lock in the keratin straigheners are used leaving your hair amazingly soft and sleek and shinny. I was amazed with the result which should hold for around 4 months. Once the treatment takes place you should not wash your hair for four days and then when you do wash it special shampoo and conditioner should be used and these are sold on the premises.
