We are up to heat 5 of the Travs Factor Karoke Competition which is currently being held at the Travellers Rest, Meltham, on Friday and Saturday Evenings. The standard of entries has been great and there is still time to enter.
With a fantastic first prize worth £1000 to be won its certainly worth having a go. The next heats are 22nd and 23rd January, 29th and 30th January and the final heat is being held on 5th February. Winners will go forward to the semi finals which start on 6th February.
This is proving to be a great competition and great night out for people who just go along for the entertainment. Local celebrity, Craig Mitchell of the band Vital Signs is comparing the Karoke.
Entries are being taken on the night of each heat up until the 5th February so you can just go along to the heats and join in the fun. Competitors have travelled from throughout Yorkshire to take part but local people are encouraged to turn up and do a turn after all, nothing ventured...........
