West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust have created a Weekly Prize Draw to raise much needed funds to help pay for the support of local children with life-limiting conditions. By becoming a Weekly Prize Draw member you will be helping them to support the children and families of West Yorkshire who need their help.
Entry is just £1 per Weekly Prize Draw Number, per week. Drawn every Friday.

Prizes will be paid by cheque and are automatically posted directly to the lucky winners, so there is no need to claim.
