End of Tenancy Cleaning - London

We all know that when it is time to move our of your rented accommodation it can be a very stressful time - both for the tenant or the property owner!

We have put together a useful 'End of Tenancy' checklist to ensure that you get your deposit back:-


Ensure that everything is cleaned - ovens, draws, windows, cupboards, skirting boards, fridges, wash floors and throw away any unwanted items/products


Wall tiles should be degreased and polished. Taps, sinks, shower doors, toilet should all be descaled (lime scale removed) polished and dried (get rid of all water marks)

Living Room

Carpets need to left in the same condition as you found them when you first moved in - this often means getting professional carpet cleaners in to do the job or hiring a carpet cleaning. Make sure you dust throughly including skirting boards, light switches, tops of doors etc


Ensure carpets are cleaned, cob webs removed, hoover under the bed to remove dust, polish door handles, clean windows.
