Although i feel that Systeme.io is a great CRM I have not had the mentorship I was hoping for to make this a success so I have not benefitted from this.

I have had several interactions with Systeme.io support in recent days regarding DNS configuration. Even though I have a reasonable understanding of this procedure I still managed to get some of it wrong.
Each query and request I made of them was promptly and correctly sorted out.
In the end I used their free offer to correctly complete the DNS setting for one of my domains. This was very quickly and efficiently done after which they produced confirmation advice.

Great support team. I was making great progress until I changed my email address mid-process, and no matter what I tried I couldn't move forward. I tried AI. I started from 0 more times than I would like to admit. I paused setting up my newsletter for a few weeks, than reached out to them. 2 emails later it was sorted. The systeme is brilliant and very reasonably priced. My issue was that the 'guru' who was helping me build my business was not helpful and so I didnt get any further with this. I didnt really get off the ground so when it was renewed without my awareness after a year I asked if they would honour my cancellation all be it a little late and they agreed. I am so grateful and will use this system in the future if I need to. Thank you so much

Quick response to any problem. The help desk for systeme is really great. Of course, some problems can't quite be resolved but they answer quickly so that you can try to find a way around it.
