When I contacted Systeme I was not sure where to start. I had concerns about my account and believed I had problems explaining it well enough to them. After several back and forth emails they have given me a positive outlook on their communications both personally and technically. In future I will not hesitate to contact them for any concerns I may have. It appears to me that they meet all concerns with the articulation required and in a time zone which fits their service. Always treated with respect. So important when you are not so sure where to start.

I've been using Systeme for over three years and am constantly impressed by their quality and steady delivery of features and improvements. Their support is email-based and has solved all my problems. For some reason, I hadn't taken advantage of their offer to transfer a blog or website to their platform for new customers. I finally decided to move off my beloved Wordpress and they honored the offer. Their migration team did an amazing job moving over 400 blog posts and twenty pages to Systeme, meticulously tranferring the images and documents, then recreating the exact structure, and responding quickly to the couple of problems I noticed. They did in two months something that would have taken me a year. (Honestly, I would have abandoned the effort in three weeks.) I'm impressed by and grateful for their abilities and professionalism.
