I want to start by giving a huge thank you to Merzouk. He handled my entire migration himself from start to finish, and that made a big difference. It did not feel like my business was being passed around between random people. The process felt personal, organized, and supported the entire time.
I was given direct access to him through WhatsApp, so communication was easy throughout the entire migration. He was patient, kind, responsive, and made every modification I asked for without any issues.
I recently migrated everything over to systeme.io, including my website, courses, email templates, contacts, email lists, calendar, and opt in forms.
One of the things I appreciated most was the migration tracking sheet they used during the process. Everything stayed updated, so I always knew what had been completed, what was in progress, and what was still needed. That level of organization made the process feel smooth and much less stressful.
The migration was also completely free with the annual subscription, which honestly made it even better.

I want to say that the customer service team provided by Systemeio is out of this world. Everytime, I mean everytime I reach out, within 24hours I get a response. Even though I might be dealing with a different agent per time, I never have to repeat my questions or situation. I always get a solution. I am not techy but when I reach out, they make me feel like a genius. Because of this confidence I have with Systemeio, I ensure all other external tools I use works with what I have with Systemeio. I have only been with Systeme for about a month. It has been nice not having to deal with all the experiences that usually accompany when you first start with a new company - all the hidden charges, high learning curve, promises that customer service will get back to you. The attendant waited for my authentication to go through, so they could get into my account and fix my DNS records. I was so frustrated, and they got back to my initial request much quicker than the 2 hours they said, and then once they got to me they were able to help and figure out the problem quickly. Ghezali Mohamed Lamine was very helpful in migrating my websites from the previous website host to Systeme.io! He also got right on the task well ahead of a deadline I had to move my website before it expired at the previous host, so I didn't have to sign up for another year. He answered my questions and gave me some tips about my email lists, as well as ways to navigate Systeme's various assets.

As a VA, I've been troubleshooting the domain name authentication taking too long, as in several days. I've been going back and forth with ChatGPT, copy-pasting the settings that I've been applying, uploading screenshots, but I felt like it has been just trying to people-please me, saying that I have all the settings correct, but the domain authentication has been pending for several days. Man, even though I have a paid version of ChatGPT, it did not help me compared to the support that I got from System.io email support or customer service because I only got it fixed in less than half a day. So Systeme.io Support helped me apply the right setting, and then we waited for the propagation and waited for the System.io email setting page to show the domain authenticated. And it was great because with that, I can already start creating the email campaign & I can already see the email in the sender email address. Earlier, it was just blank. I cannot select the email of the domain. There was nothing there to select. So I was stuck for several days with ChatGPT trying to say that I have all the settings correct. There's just something wrong with system.io, I was so frustrated. Good thing there's 24/7 support with System.io. So I'm very grateful. It helped me get me unstuck with my troubleshooting.
