Everything is under one roof (and for someone who is neurodiverse this is very helpful!) one log in for email marketing, creating courses or adding products.

Plus the support team are very quick to respond and always break things down very easily so for the less technically minded its very helpful.

i had an issue with tagging contacts that got me pretty frustrated, so i finally emailed support. i'm just sorry i didn't email them earlier. sometimes it just takes a little support push to get us users brains functioning g properly again :) and after 3 emails back and forth, my problem was solved. thanks Systeme.io for your timely responses. next time i will ask for support as soon as i need it and before i get frustrated. especially, trusting that it will be resolved by your support team.

I purchased the wrong course from Systeme.io and asked for a refund although this was my error by overlooking which course I had selected.

Immediately after opening the ticket I received an automated email response stating that Support had received my request and someone from their team would get back to me within 24 hours which is great knowing that they have received my request. But then less than 15 minutes later I was notified that that they issued a refund.

I am very surprised at how fast this company resolved my issue because generally you don't ever receive support like this.

I recently signed up for a free account with Systeme.io. I have been setting up different aspects of the software, signing in and out from time to time. Because of this, I had forgotten my password. There was some technical issues with getting a new one so I contacted support on the website. I received a response within less than 24 hours stating there had been an issue with this item and a link to create a new password was provided. Their support is great and I really like the ease and simplicity of the software. They even provide a free certification course (I'm working through it now) which teaches you about the software and then tests you on your knowledge.
