Loaders Tim and Karl gave me plenty of notice (by text) of when my pods would arrive which I greatly appreciated. They rolled out 2 rugs by the doors to keep clean of footprints (it was raining) and we had a very brief discussion of what goes where. They were super-efficient and all unloading was done quickly to the correct rooms and there was no fuss at all. Overall a very efficient and friendly service. I will definitely be using Easy Storage again in the future, its all just very easy and stress free. I will be recommending you to friends & family for sure. Thank you for a great service.

Carl and Tyrone contacted me before arriving to confirm their time of arrival and they turned up exactly the time that was agreed. Both men worked with an outstanding amount of care and consideration for our furniture and also offered advice for coverings. They loaded the 'pods' professionally, carefully and took away any stress of having to move the furniture out. i ordered two easy pods on 07.09.22, and had two men named Uzzy and Sat helping to move my stuff. they were both fabulous. the whole process was easy, and easy storage answered any of my queries almost immediately. the two gentlemen helping were careful, polite, and extremely professional. i 100% recommend easy storage for your needs, as i haven’t had a single bad experience with them. booking online was so simple, and i got to choose exactly when was convenient for me. everyone’s been super helpful, and a huge thanks to Uzzy and Sat for making the process fast and efficient.

The team which came to load the storage container, Darren and Blair, were friendly, helpful and efficient.
They loaded a large number of boxes, and a number of heavier/large items, all of which involved carrying them down a flight of stairs on an extremely hot day.
As they were available early, they communicated the option to start loading the container early, and ultimately completed the task on time with a great deal of professionalism.

Due to postponed exchange dates for my first home, my flat lease was ending and I was about to be without a home for a few weeks, so I needed to quickly empty my flat and put things into storage temporarily. EasyStorage was perfect for my needs. I was super stressed this morning but after they arrived my worries were gone.
John and his partner (didn’t catch his name) arrived on time with a smile on their face and quickly got to work. I can’t believe how fast and efficient they were. They filled my pod within 30 minutes of arrival despite me being on the 6th floor of an obscure apartment down a small city lane, and having obscure sized boxes.
The team were friendly and super helpful with my questions.
Honestly such an easy experience, and totally worth the money.
Of course I have not gone through the experience of receiving the stuff back after, so that isn’t taken into account in this review.
For anyone wondering, I was worried about the pod not being big enough, but the smallest pod is huge, and was only half filled after adding about 10 large boxes, 7 medium boxes, 3 small boxes, a coffee table, side tables, and a desk. I even had room for all the stuff I was going to take with me to the Airbnb so was frantically packing all of that too to throw on top!
All in all, I couldn’t recommend this service more. No hassle, no stress, easy to book online and I didn’t even have to call anyone.

Okay 2nd review, for drop-off and Sergio and Marco (Reading Team) yet again have done such an amazing job!! On time, respectful and after 4 flight of stairs with no elevator they did the job. Not a bad word to say, will be using them again!!

Making the booking was easy and great communication, even a photo of our stuff in storage. When receiving the confirmation to return it had the wrong address but no customer services was open. On the day the driver did phone before and we were able to correct, apart from that will definitely recommend

I’ve got lots of stuff. Most of them are really heavy. There was no parking for the van in front of the building, so the staff had to park it in the closest parking. They managed to get my stuff to the van though. Richard and Stuart were really helpful and smart in arranging my stuff to save more space. They are both very kind and friendly too. Even the work was exhausting for them, the kept smiling all the time.
