Hammad and Jerry were friendly and efficiently quick. I didn't have to help at all. There was no lift so they had to walk up to the 2nd floor and down multiple times. Would definitely recommend EasyStorage in the future.

Due to a property sale falling through, I needed storage for my items as I decided to continue with the sale of my property. I came across easystorage and decided they were the company to go with. As promised, I was called about 30-40 mins before the two men arrived. As soon as they arrived, they didn't stop. They looked after my items - putting blankets over items that needed to be protected. They cleared my place (2 pods full) in just under 2 hours. Once complete, they invited me to look at the pods to ensure I was happy and took note of the unique pod codes, in preparation for when I want to take the items out of storage.
I have found from the moment I called easy storage to enquire about their services, I have been pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of all the staff I have dealt with.

Excellent, it really was, couldn't fault it. 3 nice chaps. Punctual (booked 1-5 and they arrived at half 2), very polite and friendly, all done in about 15 minutes. Only needed one pod and tbh only filled half of that. Would definitely use again. Completely hassle free way to put your belongings in storage. Special shout out for Jordan, Darnell & Mehran - thanks for such great service lads 🙂

The team that turned up at the property worked their socks off and loaded up 20+ years of tenants belongings for storage in no time. The tenant was really pleased with the service and we second that as well.

Russell and Ollie turned up at a really reasonable, quick, time and got to work on moving me and my partners stuff. They took extra care while moving our items incase anything was going to hit a wall or door (the hallway in our rental was very narrow) and overall was an excellent experience.

Jack and Poppy did a fantastic job. They called when they were 20 minutes away, turned up on time and loaded everything with care whilst being efficient. I hope to see them again when the items are being returned later in the year. Would recommend!

Everything from first contact to collection went very smoothly. When I placed the order the phone person suggested an extra pod just in case saying I would be credited for it if not used. It wasnt needed and I received the credit within 48 hours

Great service. Turned up on time. Worked like trojans. Got a whole house worth of stuff packed and stacked in three pods and gone in 2 hours. All at a really good price. Can't imagine why anyone ever uses anyone else.

I can’t even describe how much his help meant to me as a single mum trying to do it all and do my best! Such effortless support and so patient. Talking me through every step, Easy Storage are very lucky to have this gentleman.

They go above and beyond to help. They arrived on the day I needed, waited patiently. Lenny and Natti ensured I was happy with the way they packed up my goods before they closed the box.
The entire process was exactly what I wanted and hoped I’d find in a company and crew.
Them sorting every step, picking up, packing my goods in the box, taking it off my hands and packing it away their end.
All perfect & worry free due to their work.
These three guys are lovely, delivered me peace and I’m so happy.
