Once we found the site (not that Easy!), the guy helping us was pleasant and efficient. Moving our possessions from the car to the storage unit couldn’t have been easier, we were reassured that they would be securely looked after.

I never leave reviews, but I just had to say that I am beyond impressed with easy storage in my experience with them so far. I’ve had to move flat at very short notice so needed a hand with storage and heavy lifting - the two lovely guys who helped me today attended the property promptly, were speedy , efficient and had loaded my belongings in record time. Even after an issue with them not having my phone number on record they still attended to make sure every thing was on track ! Really impressed and look forward to an equally great process when I book return of my belongings in a months time. Thanks so much guys !! x

Tom was really helpful and friendly. I was initially apprehensive about how much storage space I'd need and he assured me it would be more than enough. He wasn't wrong, I ended up only using about half the container. Really great service all round.

The team were fabulous. Great communication at every stage. Helped to work out as we went along how many pods we needed - volume was easy to calculate but weight much harder. They adapted in a very positive way, even when more heavy stuff had to come down lots of stairs. Very impressed and grateful.

Everything worked like clockwork. The staff are efficient and friendly, this is both office staff and the team on the day.
I was kept informed of the arrival time. Despite the difficulty with the access the team handled this and the unloading was done quickly. All my possessions have been stored well. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Storage.
