Excellent customer service, great value for money! Efficient communication and friendly and helpful team. I would definitely recommend Easy Storage. All of my belongings were handled carefully and in perfect condition when returned to me. Great care was taken when unloading my personal items. Easy Storage were helpful and flexible when arranging for me to access my storage pod.

The whole experince was very easy, from booking through to collection. Rebecca B was great in helping us to make sure we had booked the right amount of pods and in keeping us updated throughout the process. Easy storage has been fantastic, I had short notice to move and they were so brilliant at fitting me in a slot when I called up!

We're very happy with EasyStorage. It was very easy to get a quote and book the collection and return. Their rates are very competitive and the online portal makes it very easy to manage your pod.<br><br>We had the pleasure of having the same chaps collect and return our pod. Steven and his team were very accommodating, respectful of us, our home and possessions. They couldn't have done a better job. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have used easy storage a couple of times whilst renovating my home, and would definitely recommend them, everything was so easy from my first contact when after explaining what I needed to store to getting my items back. Unlike many other storage companies easy Storage collect and deliver you items, everything is professionally packed and the boxes sealed. Getting the items returned was super easy I just went into my account selected the date, I had an email confirmation and a call the day before the delivery to confirm the times . I also got a call on the day of delivery confirming when they would arrive. On both collection and delivery protection covers were put doors and flooring.<br>The team were friendly and very professional<br>Highly recommend

easyStorage took away the hassle and considerable expense of moving home, particularly with a 9 month gap between selling and buying. The online space calculator is easy to use and booking online could not be more straightforward. There is also a telephone helpline if needed. On the day of collection, the crew called ahead with an accurate time of arrival. All the goods were removed from my 2nd floor apartment, safely loaded, and storage containers sealed in under 2 hours. When it came to moving in to my new home, the return was just as simple to arrange (4 hour slot). Again, the crew called ahead, arrived very promptly and had all my goods moved in to my 7th floor apartment in under an hour. On both occasions the crew were very professional and friendly, handling everything with care. The monthly storage fees are very reasonable - less than the usual self-move storage companies and way less than storing with a removals company. There is also a fixed return fee. All in all easy Storage saved me at least 50% of the cost of moving and, other than to pack my loose items, I didn't have to lift a finger. Highly recommended.

Have been hugely satisfied with my first easyStorage experience - all the guys have been so lovely and helpful - even with different items of furniture that needed taking apart/reassembling! Godfred, Hammad and Jerry were great when returning all my stuff today - thanks guys! They really helped me out when I was in need! Also loved that I could easily visit my stuff in storage for free and retrieve anything I wanted. Would definitely recommend and use again!
