easyStorage have recently returned our stored property. It was easy to arrange the return on their website and they were able to return it within 48 hours of my initial request. I was contacted on the day to let me know exactly when to expect the van and they arrived on time. Gary (?) and his team were conscientious and polite, going above and beyond to make the return run smoothly. I cannot praise easyStorage and their staff highly enough.... and that is without even mentioning the excellent cost for their services. Thank you

I've never used a self storage service before so really relied on reviews to choose one, and the service lived up to the great reviews here.
Having the van and movers come to you and load your items into the storage unit on site was so much more convenient than a self pack storage centre as I didn't have to move my things anywhere, and more reassuring than a pick up service as I know my items were safe, having the unit closed and locked on site. As someone without a car, moving a whole flat on their own, this was so convenient for me.
The movers were so nice and friendly, and took care to move my items carefully. They were also so quick and efficient, so they were in and out in no time. Thanks to the team for being so kind. Overall, it was a great service and I'm glad I went with them.

I had no experience of booking storage facilities and I am so glad I chose Easy Storage on more than one occasion and if needed, I would use them again. Firstly, look at the website, the clever aid where you can estimate the number of pods you need. The first time I over estimated as I was worried there would not be enough room. My fears were allayed when the team arrived. I lived in a top floor flat with no lift. One young man I felt sorry for, it was his first day. I had helped the process and time factor by having some boxes in my van. They all worked really hard, were careful of my items and not only that were pleasant and answered any questions and listened to my concerns. When you do not own the stairs area, any damage to walls or paintwork was a worry. They were careful and it was clear the more experienced were guiding the less so in how to best manoeuvre large items in a narrow doorway. Teamwork was clearly the way they worked. I was advised that I would receive a refund on the second pod. I had to pursue this but it was received. The pods are in line on the lorry. The skill in packing is evident. I had no worries when a team came to return all the items. This was easily booked. However, refreshingly nowadays you can actually speak to someone on the telephone. The return was just as smooth and the men who came were equally pleasant and helpful and were very obliging about placing furniture. As I was moving I contacted the company and they again took items and as I was lodging for a period they delivered all the items to a garage where I would be staying. Again, very accommodating and pleasant. When I purchased a new apartment I just contacted them to move everything and again it was very smoothly handled. If I need a move or storage in the future I will simply book EASY STORAGE. Any tips? yes, I would have purchased and applied some bubble wrap to avoid the odd small scratch.

Highly recommend. Very accommodating with dates, nothing too much trouble and drop off of furniture at our new place was stress free. All in all a great value service from original pick up to put items in storage and then returning them to us.

I am so pleased that a friend recommended Easy storage. The experience was seamless from collection to delivery a few months later. So much cheaper than using removal company. I cannot praise the collection/ delivery guys enough. It was the same crew for both and it absolutely hammered with rain on both days. They were so polite, professional and careful.

Your collecting and delivery colleagues are excellent, thus Stephen and his team. But office staff are not all that I expected. The lady I spoke on Tuesday last week about the delivery of my belongings explained clearly that if they are delivered on Monday the 30th is October they will be no further charges. But when I phoned again on Thursday,the gentleman changed the delivery day from Monday to Tuesday and then charged me for the day. That was not good dealings with your customers whom you like to come doing business with you in future.
