I had not used a service like this before, and it was refreshing to have courteous, friendly and helpful guys for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was not as organised as I could have been, but they took the strain and the experience was even enjoyable.

Gavin and his team (Darnell, Vermell & Lee) were fantastic. Made my experience totally stress free. I received a call the day before to arrange the arrival time, they were on time, friendly, efficient and got my 1 bed flat cleared in an hour. It is worth knowing that there is a small additional charge for the plastic covers used to protect sofas, mattresses and armchairs (£4.50 - £6.50 depending on the size of the item).

The collection was stress free. I was not able to be present for collection but they came and packed everything. I popped down to the unit in Wembley as I needed to get something and accessing the unit was straightforward and easy.
In the end my stuff was stored for a year and dealing with Sandra in the office was great. She was really helpful.
On delivery the two guys who delivered my items were really lovely and did it all really well.
HOWEVER...I noticed a few days later that the spokes on my mudguards on my bike were damaged and I could not ride my bike till they get fixed. Which on getting a quote is about £70. Apparently the excess for insurance is £100 so basically because the quote was less I am having to pay for damages caused at some point on my bike. I am thoroughly unimpressed with this and it really soured my experience with easy storage. This happenened back in May and I am only puttig up a review now. You need to do better. £70 is almost what I was paying for a months storage I was not happy at all. Do better easy storage.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. The team that arrived at my house to load the pod and take it back to store were excellent three members of the team. They were polite, friendly and positive. I’m due a refund and I’ve already been notified of that immediately, which again was exceedingly impressive. Much appreciated the customer service from Emma and Mohammad in setting up my storage. The team was easy to speak to and at all times helpful. On the day I was concerned about the narrow lane for access but brilliant driver David had no probs. Alex and his team David and Jake were polite, friendly, helpful and very strong! Jake made moving a heavy mattress look like it was as light as a feather. They also took great care with the paintwork. They loaded the stuff into pods and off they went. Felt I was being dealt with as a person not a number. Highly recommend them.
