I am shocked and disgusted with how this company have handled my move. All seemed professional over the phone and then their so called experts arrive. I have given detail of the items they are moving and paid extra to have the large items disassembled. This is however a shock to the team and they struggle their way through doing so but all seems okay. Then it comes time to having my stuff delivered to my new place, the unloader first comments, ' i can't believe we have stored the items in this manner' Once all the stuff is unloaded I notice the dining table is missing 2 legs and is no longer of use without, the company claims it's not on their remit even though I paid them to disassemble it, which makes no sense. Then onto the tv, which they protected by putting on half a thin blanked covering just half of the screen, the tv thus being completely cracked and broken, again I paid to haven them pack and store it but this time they're claiming it wasnt stored in the original tv box so they arent liable, even though again I have paid them to store it and pack it up. Finally a family lamp is completely broken, from their awful attempts at storing items and this time they just claim not to be able to do anything for it. Lastly the bed looks like it's been packed up by hyenas, the brand new bed slacks all chipped and splintered, needless to say again nothing they can do. I am still waiting on their response to this after their initial attempts at avoiding any blame, as things stand I would advise all to avoid this company at all costs.

The guys, Lee,Darnell, Sam, and Olly, called to say what time they would arrive. They were prompt. They assessed the situations, asked me if I had any concerns. I did, and they dealt with those ones first.
They were very efficient and very quick, all items neatly packed. and all care and consideration taken with my belongings.

The lads were terrific! They worked hard and were clever about the load. I honestly didn’t think all the stuff wood make it into the crates but they worked their magic and boom, job done!

Gavin, Louis & Boris were a great team, they were very polite and efficient making the whole day stress-free. Not to mention, they went over and above ensuring all our items were well packaged, and called ahead of time with their estimated arrival (so we didn’t have to rush in the morning).
