I was worried as I had never used storage before and I don’t drive so finding a service like this was great. When I called up I had a lovely, welcoming chat and there was one dedicated team member who dealt with me throughout. When I emailed and then called to clarify an update, my email had been forwarded to the right person immediately.
And when the guys came to collect my things, they were really helpful letting me know when they would be coming and they were very respectful and careful every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend easystorage based on my experience.

Really impressed with the service specialist loading stuff. We have booked for 3pods but they nicely arranged and fit it in 2 pods. Staff were very kindly. They finished everything in 1 hour. I hope the return will be smooth as collection. Highly recommended

I was very impressed, particularly with Andrew and Kevin who attended my property. They were helpful, polite, quick and very resourceful. Due to their great work, I managed to store even more items in the pod than I had anticipated.

Your staff were thoughtful and charming, but unnecessary stress was caused because a pick up of the remaining items could not be collected in time for our departure. Anyway, all sorted to our satisfaction, but I would recommend that your have a clients requirements assessed beforehand, to avoid what we experienced. Most people will have no idea how much a pod would hold!

Such a great find when I was quoted extortionate prices from other companies.
The two guys managed to save me money as well by fitting my things into one pod rather than the two I had expected to need - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would recommend to anyone needing removal and storage!
