The guys arrived on time, were very helpful and nothing was a problem , they took their time to assess all that had to be loaded with me and then loaded everything in a very friendly and professional manner. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to any one who asks.

A friend recommended easyStorage, and I'm really glad I chose them. This is a big move for me, and I was very tired and anxious today when the loaders came, but they gave me such a lift with their positive attitudes and willingness to tackle anything. They were just brilliant, did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. I would thoroughly recommend them! I also found the admin staff who dealt with the booking process helpful, and it has all been very convenient and streamlined. Thank you so much!

Transparent prices, swift professional loaders (they had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs - with almost only heavy loads and no lift!), smooth experience.

I have just moved out of my flat in east London. After a few nightmarish-moves, I was beyond happy with the service I received from easyStorage. The guys were super helpful and very friendly.
I would say I took up a lot more space in the pod than anticipated (the pods are 35 sqr ft) but for the price, I'm very happy with the space provided.
Of course I haven't yet had my things removed from storage, but so far, great service.

Super easy and helpful. The director was there helping and he was brilliant as initially one of the pods was only half filled. He ensured everything was efficiently packed and only ended up taking two pods instead of the four I had originally paid for - super happy.

I found Easy Storage searching online. I was desperate to rent a storage unit in West London. The lady who dealt with my queries was very professional, helpful and caring. They arranged for a driver to move my stuff from another storage to Easy Storage without me having to be there. The quote I was given was much less than a lot of other storage companies. I was paying much more for a smaller unit. They also told me they did not increase their rental charges after few months which happens with some storage companies. Everything was done over the phone. Very happy customer. Will be their customer for a long time.

Great service so far. Organising collection on the phone was easy and the lady I spoke to was great. The 3 men who came to load were absolutely brilliant. Really professional, speedy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t comment on delivery and unload yet as haven’t got to that point, but impressed so far.
