Russell and Charley have just cleared my late mother's apartment for storage and I have to say that they were excellent. They were efficient and friendly and took great care to cover everything as it was raining quite heavily. We were very impressed. I would also add that Raymond, who took our order in the first place has been extremely helpful with queries. So far I have been very happy with the level of customer service from what is essentially a budget offering.

Fantastic service. I found choosing a removals / storage company quite overwhelming as there are so many, so what drew me to easy storage was their good prices (but not so cheap that you question how well your belongings are being looked after), the great service & the fact that they bring a pod on the back of a van and you watch as your belongings get carefully loaded into it and then locked up in front of you. The whole packing only took 40 mins and the men even came at the beginning of my allotted time slot as requested. Cannot recommend enough!

The whole experience was completely seamless, took out a lot of the stress of moving. Every staff member I’ve spoken to has been super helpful. If I ever need to store anything again I know where to go!

The packers were great. Be sure to factor in needing more than an hour of packing and loading if you need help with some things being packed up. My one bedroom flat (not all contents, just big items plus two boxes of personal effects) took around 1hr40m. We expected that and booked an extra hour in advance.

I had requested an uplift of furniture. The guys had phoned to say if an earlier time would suit which it did. They were there at the exact time, Paul Peter and a third guy I apologise I don't remember the name. The job that would have taken me over 2 hours was done literally within 11 mins, great care was taken to ensure the safety of my furniture and all sealed and secured safely. I am extremely happy with the service so far and would totally recommend.
