Quick, reliable, polite
Customer service was was spot on. I called to get a consultation and a quote.
Alex and David have arrived on time. They have warned me 30 minutes ahead of arrival as it was agreed.
They were very helpful and polite while loading. The whole procedure took less then 20 minutes.

David and Paul were great, as were David and the other chaps who handled the previous pod. The process is so easy and hassle free that I've been recommending it to everyone I've spoken to. Have previously hired movers to take belongings to hired storage. The Easystorage method is better by far.

Anyway.. they were brilliant. Would absolutely use again and recommend.
Used initiative and put things in the rooms marked on boxes and asked about unmarked bits, made it easy for me I was there alone with my 17 month old.

Had a great collection experience - driver called ahead first, again when nearby, then shuffling everything out of the flat was a breeze. They were done loading in an hour and I received an email confirmation soon after they left. Was a bit nervous after online booking initially but receiving email reminders in the days prior and having the team show up a bit early was a huge relief. Great service so far!

really good service - only thing was that I find it weird that for 26 minutes over the hour I had to pay a FULL hour extra and not just e.g. 30 mins. But that's nothing to do with the service the movers provided, they were careful and swift.

Excellent customer service from a gentleman called Raymond. I was frustrated when a mover did a no show. Raymond organised my entire move in 15 mins! Movers came the next day ..very courteous and very careful and fast. Highly recommended!
