I can honestly say that my entire experience in using this company from the initial customer service experience to the collection of my items was exceptional. The two loaders, Barry and Darren were both professional, polite and really went the extra mile to ensure i was happy. They packed difficult fragile items with care and attention. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I really cant express how happy i am with my experience in using this company. I would not hesitate in recommending this service and company to any prospective customer seeking storage. Just remember to ask for Barry and Darren to do your job, trust me you wont be disappointed!!!! Well done Easy Storage you nailed this. Great service, great price, great staff. Keep it up.

I was never aware of Easy store until a flyer came through my door. I called the number and spoke to a really helpful man who explained the process, price etc and booked me in. I was really happy with the price and the whole set up. They kept in touch with reminders before move day. On the day itself I was called prior to their arrival and I couldn't be happier with the way the two men worked. They were friendly, hard working and really cared for my possessions. I was amazed at how well they packed the pods. That is some skill!!!
My only advice for anyone who needs removal and storage is definitely use this company but also make sure you plan out exactly how much stuff you have before deciding how many pods you need i went for 3 originally but needed 4, also don't bank on the loading only taking one hour, I had a 3 bed semi and it took 3 hours so you need to factor that into your price.

Alex and David did a fantastic job returning our furninure into our new house. With a new house there are always concerns about carpets and decor being damaged with furniture but these guys went out of their way to ensure that flooring was covered and extra care was taken - they couldnt have been more careful if it was their own home.

Our experience with easyStorage was fantastic throughout. The team were extremely friendly and so helpful. We are expecting a baby soon and we initially worried about the stress and anxiety that can often be experienced when moving house but the service from easyStorage was so smooth- it really helped the process. Brilliant Service - the service ethos of any company is proven in a difficult circumstance - Gavin who was managing our return called well in advance updated us about the situation of shortage of loader due to recent COVID situation. At the site as the luck could have it lift got out of service with stuff to be taken to 3rd floor - without any drama (like most other companies would do) Gavin hustled and helped move boxes all the way into our apartment.Fabulous experience - Easystorage you need more Gavin’s. If you are looking for storage in South East of London close your eyes go for easystorage and ask for Gavin 🙌🙌
