Apart from not making time slot really clear , it was great . Russel was really helpful , guided me on site and help with packing . Security a bit of a pain, and further access not easy . Amazing what you can fit in a box !

The guys were as sweet as me tim was very polite and the older guy was funny just like me. Superb the both of them. Friendly and over helpful and carful with my stuff. If us 3 ruled the planet it would be a lovely place. They also waited for me to sort the unit out as the council had not paid for it. Suberb.

Brilliant job done by Scott, Nick and Arn today. 3 bedroom house cleared and placed into secure storage quickly, carefully and efficiently. After I tried for few days with no success to call on their number and starting to think that something is not right, I started the chat with Sabrina, who asked me few details and told me someone will contact me shortly to answer to my questions. I was not sure about that but yes, it happened shortly and I must say from here I had excellent customer service provided. I want to mention Azardeen Faizal who is a real gem for your company, who was very polite, very patient answered to all my question and even going extra, providing a professional advise being very courteous all the time. After our conversation he sent me straight away an email with everything already explained and the offer and agreed to call me by the time I will arrive home and this happened as planned. Again, excellent customer service, all sort it smooth and fast. Hope this to be the beginning of a long and mutual cooperation with this company. Well done and thank you Easy Storage!
