Easy ? This is a bit of an understatement ! Wayne, Seb and David were outstanding
From initial phone calls, we originally thought I might need 3 pods but Wayne, Seb and David did absolutely everything they could to make sure we only needed 2 pods. I was really pleased they made that happen and it was funny hearing them planning every move as if they were playing Tetris ! And this meant I saved money !
There were one or two dilemmas with wardrobes but they were overcome in no time. I didn't tell the guys but Mum always told me those wardrobes would never come out in one piece - she would have been smiling watching as indeed they did come out in one piece !
The lift access to our floor isn't perfect, but the team did not complain at all and just went with the flow
Wayne, Seb and David were all happy, friendly, professional, efficient, adaptable, focused and made the whole experience really easy for me - they are a credit to easyStorage.
From doing all they could to save me money by only using 2 pods, to the care they took of every item and nothing being a problem at all - this was a really refreshing and great experience which is becoming too rare in todays world

Navin and Kevin were great. They called me 30 minutes before they arrived. They were polite and friendly. The whole process of loading the crate was simple. No hassle at all. They explained the process for me to go through when I want my property delivered again. Really lived up to its name of easyStorage.

Russell and Olly were great this morning. Very efficient, positive and very prompt, Russell kept us update with the expected time of arrival, both quickly started work moving all our things really efficiently and with care.
Overall extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole process moving out of our flat and a storing our items.

Our movers provided a great service. Moving can be incredibly stressful and the guys that moved for us were super nice and efficient and made it a good experience. Great service when you can't move straight into new accomodation. Feel relaxed now it has all been done
