Gary and Paul were excellent. They gave plenty of notice of their arrival and arrived well with in the advised time. They had the whole place emptied in 30 mins with no fuss, despite the stairs! Very pleased with the service.

The whole process with EasyStorage from booking to collection was flawless. Booking online was easy, regular phone calls ensured I was up to date with what was happening and Carl and his team were fantastic when picking up my items on Saturday morning. They were friendly and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The collection was easy to arrange and the communication with both the customer service as well as the driver was very efficient and quick. The only downside is the fact there is no smaller pods than 35feet as I only needed half that size. If the smaller pods were provided, it would be more cost effective also.

Great service from EasyStorage so far. On the move day Gavin, Olly and Dave were SO fast, really efficient, and clearly worked well as a team. There were extra packing materials for the bits I had forgotten to protect - all reasonably priced and seemingly no bother. And the guys were polite and friendly. Moving day is often a stressful event, but we had a bit of a giggle and it was over in a flash. Thankyou!

Amazing experience. I contacted the company one month ago and not disappointed at all. Each time I had something to clarify, they called me back straight away. I needed to change the time slot since the moving was planned for a Saturday, I contacted the company and the next day I received a confirmation email with changes, according to my request. When the week with moving started, I received a reminder with all the details, including payment and T&C. The same with two and one day before. I have been told that the moving team will call me with 30-45 minutes before in order to give me time to get there. Indeed, they called me with 45 minutes before according to their estimation based on traffic etc but they were 10 minutes earlier there. Amazing team, very polite, with lots of respect, with a can-do attitude, working with a smile on their face and each time I thanked them, they answered always with "my pleasure". This is excellent customer service provided, extremely rare nowadays. They were very professional all the time, lots of experience in arranging everything, closing, sealing the pod, inviting to take a picture etc. Wonderful experience, strongly recommend.

Thank you for making the process of our household items so straight forward and simple. Communication was good and kept us informed and prepared throughout the process. Both men who assisted us in our move were very helpful, friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. When we had a problem with needing to retrieve an item, they gave us a quick solution and were extremely helpful and understanding.

Having made a few enquiries about storage during moving house, I was being given quotes away over my budget.
Came across easyStorage online and gave them a call. Extremely surprised by the quote and booked, waiting for storage day, was causing me stress as I kept thinking this must be a mistake as the process and price must be wrong.
Oh how wrong I was, the van arrived and from start to finish Paul and Alex made it all go flawless, explaining all what was going to happen, working fast and careful with my belongings, packed in the van like a jigsaw, not one bit of space was left. Absolutely amazing to watch, nothing was any bother and they were both so friendly and chatty, what a job they done.
