I would definitely recommend easyStorage to friends and family. Their customer service is very good, I found them to be very polite and professional. I would highly recommend easyStorage. I had Lenny, Trevor, and Nati help me today and they were incredible. They carried out a flat full of belongings in just over 30 minutes, without ever making me worry anything would break or not be properly taken care of. Plus they were all lovely 😊

They collect, store return. Great! On the day, Meashak and Maurice were brilliant. Quick and efficient they even got the van into a space with a few cm to spare. These guys deserve 5 stars.

Booking online was really easy and I had emails and phone calls with real people that was hugely reassuring. Mehran, Josh and Olly did a fantastic job of packing up my flat and were patient and helpful with furniture that needed dismantling, getting boxes down from the loft etc. Assuming the re delivery goes as smoothly as the collection I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service. It seemed very well-priced too and far less hassle than having to co-ordinate storage unit + van and men. Last time I moved (different company!) one of the guys was drunk and it was really embarrassing having to ask for him to be substituted and of course it caused delays as well as some damage to furniture and door frames. Mehran, Josh and Olly in contrast were very professional and courteous. Thank you!
