The Customer Service I have received from Easystorage is absolutely excellent. I had a delivery of furniture which I needed adding to my POD. I could not give the confirmed hour of delivery and was very worried about it, but Ed the Manager of the storage unit reassured me that he would do everything he could to help and he certainly lived by that promise. Ed arranged everything to ensure someone would be there even if it meant arriving after hours. Ed took away my worry and when I did eventually get my delivery his colleague Dan was on hand to help organise the POD and get the additional furniture in. Both Ed and Dan have gone that extra mile and seriously I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help.

Delivery was 2 hours outside the window we were allocated (2pm but was meant to be between 8am and 12pm). Aside from that, the guys were great and very helpful!

I cannot recommend John from easystore. We were late to our agreed slot and John welcomed us in such a professional and friendly manner, and was more than willing to help, going above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. With a small baby, it could have been quite difficult but John helping to load the container to fit as much in as possible was very much appreciated. Great price and incredible service.

Amazing service and you don't have to worry of transporting and hiring a van! All you need to do is pack your belongings nice and tidy, and a team would be picking it up from your door step!

The easyStorage team arrived on time and did an excellent job in packing our house contents in to on one less pod than I initially booked.
We were astonished to see how many items could packed into each pod and we were most impressed with their careful handling of a large glass garden table. They took extra care of it for us. All of the staff were very polite and courteous and completed the collection on time

Had my furniture returned from storage yesterday, once again amazing friendly guys turned up. Everything was brought back in and put into every room with absolutely no problem or bother to them. Everything was exactly as it had been packed, not one item damaged and broken.
This whole process of moving house and storage has been 1st class, and nothing has been a bother, can’t believe it’s been so slick and easy.
Both days of dealing with these guys have been fantastic and I sincerely can’t thank them enough, wish other furniture deliveries could take a look at there process and take on there customer service delivery system
I hope to never move house again, but will continue to tell anyone who is about to, about this fantastic team and service, and excellent rates.
