This was the 3rd time Easystorage have moved my belogings and yet again the service was outstanding. Richard and Stephen are the nicest, most professional people you could wish to meet and they once again made the day a pleasure rather than a chore. I cannot praise these guys highly enough. Easystorage is definitely one of the (few) simple alternatives to storage. The customer service assistant was adept at quickly identifying my needs through grasping my current situation. I was in need of a storage unit last minute as I was preparing to vacate my university accommodation and return home for the summer. Realising my current predicament, he offered me a discount to accommodate my circumstances. Though I was allocated one moving assistant as part of the discounted package, two turned up! The moving assistants were amiable and very kind, making the stress-filled process more enjoyable.

Ed & Dan were absolutely fantastic!! Ed text me the day before to confirm a time slot, text me when he was half hour away and then the both unloaded super quickly and efficiently! They helped me set up my sofa, move things around and generally couldn’t be more helpful, polite and friendly! Would gladly use the service again!
