The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Super helpful over the phone and got me a storage unit booked very last minute. We had Meashak and Lenny pick up our stuff from the apartment and they were very pleasant and flexible, especially given we needed more space than we had booked for which made the whole experience super seamless. We previously used Bystored which is nowhere near as good as easy storage when comparing customer service, efficiency and affordability. Please keep up the great level of customer service and you will definitely win in this market.

So far so good. Everything was collected and taken to storage today. Such an ‘easy’ service. 3 extremely polite and friendly loaders. Took considerable care and were so helpful. Really impressed. Hopefully I will be equally impressed with arranging the return and getting my belongings back in one piece when the time comes. Has taken so much hassle away from doing it ourselves.

Both the pick-up and the return went smoothly. Items were returned exactly as they were picked up. Shout out to Natti and Dawid in particular for being very helpful and friendly.

The removal was very quick and smooth. Trevor and David were very professional, nice and managed to empty the whole flat in less than an hour. The prices are a bit on the high end but it was worth it.

Steve and Richard where absolutely amazing from start to finish. They called the day before and 30 mins before arrival and filled our pod in 13 minutes and didn’t require us to lift a finger .

Our three movers, Lenny, Roman, and Samson, did a great job loading our furniture into two pods. In particular, they were excellent at communicating how the process would work. There were no hidden costs, and we would certainly recommend Easy Storage to anyone.

First time using this company, I placed an order for a storage unit about 4 weeks ago. The unit will arrive in a few days time.
Only slight issue was a misplacement of cardboard boxes that I had ordered but never arrived, the manager was amazing and sorted the issue for me swiftly and they arrived the next day.
I highly recommend.
