Very helpful on phone when working out how many pods required. had to cancel as our house selling chain was not ready to complete, so cancelled with full refund. will definitely go back to easy storage once we are ready.

Excellent service.as requested Richard and Morgan phoned 40 minutes before arriving. Then arrived on time to collect the goods. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of the items as they went into the van. Would use them again without a doubt

I required quick storage option and easyStorage met my needs. The process from booking online to the actual collection of the items was very easy. Prices compared to other companies I had contacted but easyStorage costs includes pick up and return of your items, which was not a service offered elsewhere. Discounts are offered for first couple of months.
The company provided great communication, confirming booking and payment, phoning to check all ok the day before and the collection crew calling to advise time of arrival on the day.
Collection was completed very professionally and guys were polite and friendly. Credit to the company.

Great experience for pod collection today - Tyrone and Darren provided a great service from the Uxbridge site. Phoned ahead with an accurate ETA, arrived as expected, and efficiently loaded our pod in just over 20 mins taking everything from our first floor flat. Great job, could not have asked for more.

So far so good. Tom has been able to sort our storage issues out quickly and efficiently. He will certainly try to assist in any which way he can. Its been a trouble free scenario up to now and he is going to bring the goods to our new destination as well...BRAVO Tom .

Wes and Jack brought my belongings back, what a delight they were!!!… nothing was too much trouble even though I needed a few heavy appliances stored in the garden shed!!!!… they navigated the out of control bushes and prickly vines!!!… well done to them both for taking good care of my things!… and for working in the heat non stop!..😊😊

Top service from Zoheb and Rahim from Uxbridge admin office for making it easy for me to book my moving pods and at times gone above and beyond to make sure my house move is as stress free possible. Top marks and big thanks to movers too Steve and Richard from the Harrow branch who did all the heavy lifting.
