My phone was playing up all morning and couldn’t hear anything when on a call. Went into EE and advised to walk to Bandar Band - Guy working cleaned headset for me and charged me £0!! Incredible service.

I was delighted to find Bandarband in Hertford. I was having problems with my iPad and laptop. All were resolved by the expert technician in the shop. He is fantastic at his job and so helpful to customers. I can heartily recommend bandarband for an excellent service.

A great service from Bandarband. i had problem with my Iphone and he was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. After identifying the problem, it was decided that i should go through my insurance. My first attempt to line his palm with silver for his trouble was refused but i had to provide him a gratuity as nothing in this world should be for free. Top bloke, will always recommend this guy to others.

I got my broken iPhone screen protector removed and replaced whilst I waited. It was done to an excellent level of quality.
This was my first time using this place, which is a small shop tucked away near the centre of Hertford.
Prices charged were VERY reasonable and they even let me use the replacement screen protector I had already purchased elsewhere. No hard-sell .. just great customer service and at a very reasonable price.

Went In today with a cracked screen and problems with the speaker. Screen was repaired within 30mins with charger and speakers cleaned out, also put on a glass screen protector and it’s working good as new! Amazing value and great customer service too. Would highly recommend

The man here fixed my Dad’s phone today while I waited. My dad had given up on it and had been told by the company he bought it from it was not repairable. I was so pleased and can’t recommend this place enough, helpful, friendly and honest. We are lucky to have this business in Hertford.
